Collection of Summer 2025 Exam Certificates

Summer 2025 exam certificates are now available to collect from the school.

Certificates are valuable documents, and you will need them in the future, so it is important that you collect them.

We are not permitted to keep your certificates for longer than a year, so any that are not collected will be destroyed in due course.

Please note that the school cannot provide replacement certificates if they are lost, so keep them safe as they can be expensive to replace. 

CNS Student Leavers: 

Students will be able to collect their certificates from the Student Services Reception during School opening times, however, please avoid break and lunch times, 11.00 – 11.30am and 1.00 – 2.00pm.  Please note that you must bring a valid Photo ID with you. 

If you are unable to collect your certificates you can nominate another person to collect on your behalf.  Students will need to write a signed letter, naming the person who will be collecting the certificates. The person collecting the certificates will need to bring this letter and photo ID with them when they come to collect, we will not release certificates without written consent.  Alternatively, this authorisation can be emailed to [email protected], naming the person.

Current Y12 Students at CNS Sixth Form: 

Your certificates will be available to collect from the sixth form team in the Elkins Centre.
