Coding Club careers talk
On 25th November, Coding Club students took part in an online careers session hosted by Next Tech Girls, titled “Career Conversations: Real Graduate Stories”, delivered in partnership with the University of Greenwich.
During the session, students discovered the different career paths in tech, gaming and engineering and had the opportunity to hear directly from recent graduates who shared their honest insights and advice.
They were also given practical guidance on UCAS applications, with tips on how to write strong personal statements, as well as exploring the differences between degree programmes and apprenticeships, enabling them to make more informed decisions about which route might suit them best.
The session was enjoyed by everyone and encouraged the students to think confidently about their future options, highlighting the wide range of exciting careers available in the world of technology.
