Norfolk County Music Festival

Well done to the CNS choir who walked a long way to the Central Baptist Church in the city on Tuesday to perform in the Norfolk County Music Festival.  

They performed alongside three other schools and the feedback from the judge was that they stood out for their “passion, enthusiasm and projection”.  The group received a Highly Commended award, which is an incredible achievement and they should all be very proud. 

Overall, CNS are entering two sax groups, Flute Choir, Clarinet Group, Jazz Ensemble, two bands, Groove Band, Choir, Orchestra and Percussion Group in the festival and over 90 students are involved. They are performing in different categories at various events in this three-week festival and we wish them all success!
